Seniors Tea party

A kind of forum clique where a private friend group server still claims as a publics server.

A state where public server with an original subject (gaming, art, coding, anime, whatever) has becomes secondary to
the real activity, which is just the regulars checking in on each other's lives every day, which cause the server to become socially self-contained and conversationally stagnant.
Mimicking a seniors tea party, which can be very relationship-focused rather than topic-focused.

The point isn't to exchange new information, but to socialize and maintain bonds.

That anthropology study server has turned into a "Seniors tea party", where all the thing they talk about is How's your day? and how's life? and barely anyone talk about the Anthropology topic anymore.

This manga server has turned into a "Seniors tea party", no one care about manga as regulars just talk about theirs life

Seniors tea party

A group or server that has lose its main driving causes or objectives to endless smalls talk between "regulars", which what they called an older (Not in term of actual age, but instead in familiarity) members of the said group or servers.

Taking the words seniors tea party, where older people exchange useless pleasantry with no intention to exchange any meaningful information past their "days" and or "life".

Those anthropology study group used to be really helpful for my study, but now day they are more like a *Seniors tea party* where most active member are just talking about their days or life.

That manga server used to be fun with people excitedly talk about manga, but now it were hijacked with regulars who turn the place into a *Seniors tea party*

This group Normally consists of but is not limited to Ego maniacs, Bitchy attractive women, complainers, stoners, bookworms, Muscle heads and jokers who feel that they as people have the superiority complex of Adolf Hitler. if you are forced into socializing or confrontation with this group, Prepare to be looked down upon.
