New Zealand slang, a light-stick often sold at festivals. They are shaped like swords and are used for play fighting.

"There was a guy selling scuntles and I'm so upset I didnt get one"

"I got my kid a scuntle so I could find him in the crowd easier"

Scuttlehead 

scut•tle•head /ˈskədlˌhed/ (see also, scuddlehead)

1. noun (pl. -s)

An ethnic or racist slur directed at or towards an undefined race or ethnicity. Insult to all, compliment to none. A potent fighting word, if you can bring yourself to be offended by it. Most common among racist taxi drivers in Portland, which isn't a home to racists.

2. adjective (-ed)

Having the qualities of a scuttlehead.

You know what the problem is, don't you? Too many damn scuttleheads!

Scuttle in the Mouth 

Origins found in Yorkshire saying 'coal-scuttle in the mouth', though shortened through Cumbrian slang.
Traditionally used as a reposte to an insult, equivalent to the unpleasant experience of physically trying to put a coal scuttle in your mouth.

Alternatively can be abbreviated to a simple 'Scuttle'.

"She told me I was ugly and that was a right scuttle in the mouth"

"Danny shagged my mum, what a scuttle."
