Scum rug

A name for a certain type of haircut that is business in the front and party in the back. Most of the time of which resembles pubic hair and is poorly taken care of. Scum rugs often attract a specific audience of cocky, doofy kids with American flag hats or jean jackets.

A substance that leeches out of one's mullet almost exclusively on males aged 13-19.
