SasuxNaru

Share definition Flag
SasuxNaru is short for 'Sasuke x Naruto' or in other words; Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto. If there is ever a canon yaoi pairing in Naruto, then it would most probably be SasuNaru. In fact, many people would even say that SasuNaru would be the most likely pairing in the whole series, if there ever is any. Although many other people may deny the two ever getting together, they still can't deny that Sasuke has feelings deeper than comradeship toward the oblivious blonde haired boy.

In a Shonen Jump (the publishers of Naruto) interview with Kishimoto (the manga-ka of Naruto)---

Shonen Jump Question:
Naruto and Sasuke kiss (accidentally) in the first chapter where they appear together. Does this add a special dimension to their rivalry?

Masashi Kishimoto Answer:
I didn’t have any particular reason for it, other then to surprise readers. I mainly did it because I don’t think there has ever been a manga where two rivals kissed. Also, by having this encounter, it was easier to set up the love triangle: Sakura, who had intended to be the first one to kiss Sasuke, has it stolen by her rival Naruto, Sasuke and Naruto are rivals, so there’s and added tension there. And so on and so forth.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If one would look closely to Kishimoto said, then he'll notice that he said that Naruto was Sakura's rival (in love?). Which means that Sakura somewhat sees Naruto as a threat in her quest for Sasuke's affection. Plus, he said that it was a love triangle. Obviously it would be that: Naruto likes Sakura; Sakura likes Sasuke; and Sasuke likes...Naruto? That would be the most obvious answer.
SasuxNaru is the best pairing ever!
Taken from the first names of the two members of one of the strongest shonen-ai/yaoi canon pairings for the anime 'Naruto' from ShonenJump.
The two boys (the primary protagonist Naruto Uzumaki and his rival Sasuke Uchiha,) were forced into an accidental kiss in the third episode of the anime (though Cartoon Network edited it out).
This has inspired one of the greatest fandoms known SasuNaru into a search ending would give you millions of results.
The name that is placed first is of the SEME or 'attacker' and the name second is the UKE or 'reciever'. I will not go into details. You have imaginations. Use them.
SasuNaru is more popular than it's alternate NaruSasu.
I really don't see why.
Comes from the two names "Sasuke" and "Naruto". Naruto is a Japanese anime. Two of the main characters (Sasuke and Naruto) is regarded by many fans to be a great couple. Seeing as they both have so much sexual tension between them.
Does anyone have any Sasunaru pictures?
Striver
Share definition Flag
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.
The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.
