Jason just owned Catherine in Literati when he spelled out sapenises.

To improve something or make it more successful. Usually in respect of a business, but can also be just generally better.

David: Hey man, is the business still in trouble?

Jon: hell no, I've been able to sajenise the shit out of it and am now turning over $5M a quarter.
