A sleep-assisting nutrient dat produces some majorly-wild dreams when you doze off.

Using triptophan as a snoozing-aid might indeed be entertaining for someone who feels bored and stir-crazy while lying in bed, but it's doubtful dat all of da resulting frenzied brain-activity would really make said "howling adventures" slumber be truly all dat restful.
