The adult version of the boogeyman. The scary scary black man can be seen lurking the streets in the wee hours of the morning preying on the fearful and light skinned. Has been known to steal car stereos as well as bicycles.
A wise man once told me to always check your closet for the scary scary black man before going to bed!!
