Rotpocket

A neologistic portmanteau slur (rot + hotpocket) to describe a transgender's "neovagina" owing to the fact that a post-op tranny's pseudovagina fills up with pus, a nest of public hairs, and a distinct rotting smell that can be detected even when they are wearing clothes. Since the pseudovagina is an open wound, it must be dilated frequently or it will heal up.

A hotpocket part is meant to refer to internet janitors, "jannies" or moderators (named for their tendency to be obese, terminally online, hyper-offended, censorious and eating hotpockets all day because they don't know how to cook) which implies that aforementioned "rotpocket" worms their way into positions of power online where they spend inordinate amounts of time banning and censoring anyone who speaks out against transgender ideology.
