He's a sweet, caring, stubborn, blunt, funny type of guy. He has street smarts, common sense, and an education. He takes pride in taking care of family and being responsible. Then once you get a live person, you transfer them to another dept. so fast, you don't realize they are really not even remotely interested, wasting everyone's time...
