A more formal way to say "To be Frank." It is more formal because Frank is a nickname. Used when you are presenting an opinion to another person that the other person may not want to hear.

Robert Pin 

An often small hairpin used to keep hair in place. Typically the same color as the hair it is holding back. In a less formal context, can be known as a "bobby pin."
My beautiful man bun is held in place by an abundance of robert pins.
