Retracto

Retracto is the name of the correction alpaca. You can hear its theme song on many of Project Veritas youtube videos. It is used whenever an author does not tell the truth about a subject and is forced to "update" or correct the article.

If you don't write the truth, Retracto is comin' at ya.

ex-post retracto

The term for when you leave a response to someone's post, then they take down the post.

My brilliant response to their Facebook status update was ex-post retractoed when they deleted their status.
