A pedal bicycle or tricycle ridden in a seated or laying down position. A recumbent is far more comfortable than the conventinal upright bicycle and racing models have far supirior aerodynamics allowing them to attain much higher speeds for a given effort level. Recumbents were banned from major races in 1934 due to the fact they give the riders an unfair advantage.

Recumbent butt
Pain in the gluteous maximus muscles caused by riding certain recumbent bicycles at fast speeds. This problem is most common with Bike-E tyre bikes with a more upright seat back which places more of the riders weight onto the gluteous maximus muscles.

Recumbent
An extremely boring design for a bicycle. Unlike traditional bicycles, which feature an upright, centered, and active riding position, recumbent bicycles have riders sit on their respective asses. The sole benefit of a recumbent bicycle is aerodynamics. Bunnyhops, cutties, drifts, and manuals, or in other words, any technique remotely fun or interesting on a bicycle is impossible on a recumbent.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
