Ranny or rannie is a made up slur (not offensive, it’s okay to say it) made by people who don’t support the act of RCTA. (race change to another, commonly found on tiktok) rcta is basically where you change your race, but not physically just kind of mentally. The term ranny may be seen offensive by chronically online kids, mostly from tiktok.

Ranvision, also known as Ranpapi, is a Floptok icon who got famous by making the greatest remixes of Tiktok, originally known for the Cupcakke, Jiafei and Pon Mi remixes. He's one of the most controversial Floptok icons as the daboyzz tried to cancel him; in fact, he has been banned from Tiktok several times.
