When a patient gets difficult you quoane him.
Man that old guy in room 178 was being super aggressive so we had to quoane him.

Quoan

An old English word contextually thought to mean something like “Complain”, Quoan is an amalgam of the words “Questionable” and “Groan”. It’s currently attributed to Shakespeare, as it’s found in two of Shakespeare’s Sonnets.
From Sonnet 212:
For I have not a half penny to loan
But you my love are anything but quoan

Potential use:
“Dude did you hear Stacy last night?”
“I know, she wouldn’t stop quoaning about her new boyfriend!”
