Quinlyn is a rare name for very beautiful and sweet. She is shy around anyone she doesn't know that well but switches to extremely talkative and goofy when she's with her friends. She has a head of long brunette hair, big brown eyes framed by long lashes, and a heart of gold. Once you really get to know her, she'll be a great friend. A Quinnlyn, also known as qweef, is a beautiful, loving, girl. Blonde hair, Blue eyes. typical. She loves dogs and pigs. She is a girl who will go out every night and get absolutely obliterated, you can’t stop her. Quinnlyn usually has a friend group of 3. If you meet a Quinnlyn, she may scare you by the way she barks at you. She barks cause she is one with dog. You could say Quinnlyn is a bug qweefer. She is Virgin until 17, has a redneck boyfriend and likes to fail class. If you can’t find her, you can probably find her barking at dogs, feeding pigs, or blacked out in a bathtub. Be careful, Quinnlyn can’t control herself and will often shit her pants.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
