To speak loudly, sometimes as an interruption, without thinking, and making accusations that aren't true at the most inappropriate time.

President Obama speaking in front of Congress about falsities being perpetrated by pundits being interrupted by Senator Joe Wilson's scream "You lie!" on September 9, 2009.

Screaming "You cheated" to a friend in the middle of class upon seeing their high grade knowing that they didn't.

"Hey, what score did you get on the math quiz?"

"A 95"

"YOU CHEATED!... Sorry, didn't mean to pull a Wilson."
