A person whose very way of life is defined by the high level at which he or she procrastinates. Procrastination becomes an accepted part of the person's life as if it were a religion.
John Smith was the ultimate procrastinator. He filed his tax return 6 months late, even though he was getting a very large return. He is a true procrastinarian.
