People who stand by Polomnism believe that there should be an all-seeing eye which will make sure that the word is ran in the most optimal way possible, and anything going off that course would be instantly destroyed by the all-seeing eye.
The all-seeing eye would also have a system where the system would calculate what field a person would add the most to so that no human resources are wasted on people trying to accomplish something they can't or not reaching their full potential because of some kid who is only in the position that they are because of people who they know.
