Political climate

The various political opinions and ideologies, as well as people’s overall opinion of the government and the numerous political parties that are active at the time, held by the numerous populations and subpopulations in a specific society in a specific geographical location, which can vary in terms of scale. Political climate can be observed on the local level, county level, state level, regional level, national level, and international level. Political climate can be impacted by various demographic factors such as the amount of ethnic diversity the population has, which religions are the most commonly practiced in that area, how densely populated the area is, the atmospheric climate the area they are in has, particularly what types of natural hazards are they most prone to have, the socioeconomic conditions like in that area, how well educated the people in that area are, etc.
The national political climate is moving to support more liberal policies, including police reform, increasing restrictions on guns, loosen restrictions on immigration, promote gender equality, and so on.

Political Climate

The long-term, foundational structure of power, ideology, and public sentiment in a polity. It's the underlying baseline that determines what is politically possible. Are we in an ice age of authoritarianism, or a warm period of democratic expansion? Is the political climate "arid" for progressive ideas, or "fertile" for populism? Shifts in political climate happen slowly, over decades or generations, and define the era far more than any single election.
Example: "The rise of social media didn't cause the extremism; it just thrived in the new political climate of distrust and tribalism that had been developing for years."

How to fix the political climate

Defend sexual predators. Go on their podcasts and cry like a bitch because you know they are doing what they are doing.
Hym "That's how to fix the political climate according to Dr. K."

abandonware

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.

Foot prisons

Socks. Annoying, sweat-causing, non-barefoot enducing, everyday socks.
The first thing I do when I take off my shoes, is rip off the foot prisons I had to wear inside them. That's why I prefer flip flops, even in winter!

cornholio

Ruler of Lake Titicaca. Rumored to have a bunghole that gets very angry if it does not receive toilet paper. Cornholio the Great is often seen walking around with his shirt over his head and his hands in the air, chanting songs about his power, and his bunghole.
"I am Cornholio! You do not want to face the wrath of my bunghole, for I need TP!"
Butthead: Shut up, Beavis! (uh huh huh huh)
Beavis: Um, okay. (heh heh heh heh).
