Poguecast

An optimistic view of future weather conditions, regardless of environmental inputs such as published weather forecasts, ominous sky in all directions, typical daily weather patterns for the area, or actual weather events currently occurring.
"Hey, I know you wanted to ride bikes to the beach to swim, fly kites and build sandcastles tomorrow, but the weather forecast shows a lightning storm is coming followed by a hurricane and tidal wave. Do you think we should cancel?" "Nah, the poguecast says it's going to be awesome. Don't forget to bring sunscreen!"
