Plucked quail 

The art of shaving ones ball sac to a smooth finish. Then warming the sac in lukewarm water for 5 minutes. Taking the sac and it's contents and gently placing the sac between either left or right (dominate hand preferable) hand. Put the sac between the index and the thumb. Gently advance your hand with your balls in it until your sac is tight and gives the resemblance of a freshly plucked quail.

Nate- Hey kyle, do the plucked quail.

car plucked"-violently pulled from your car while driving, & possibly forced into the trunk of another car. just think about what it would be like to get kidnapped from your car while you are driving, that's car plucked.

while i was drving through the parking lot, kevin & derik jumped in front of my car, pulled my drivers side door open, ripped my seat belt off, put the car in park, & car plucked me.
