Paranoia caused by plebs in the near vicinity. Typically whilst in a bar or on a night out, someone might feel paranoid and uncomfortable because of a group of loud mouth lads sitting near by.

Damn, I'm getting a bit of Plebanoia at the moment, let's leave this place and go somewhere a little nicer.

Plebanoid

To be made to feel paranoid and uncomfortable due to a group of plebs in the near vicinity. A typical cause of this is going out for a drink in a loud pub with a group of friends, and being made to feel uneasy due to a bunch of loud mouthed young males near by.

"Arrgh, I can't take it anymore, those chavs over there are making me feel really plebanoid!"
