An event in January that was invented by students at NYU. Much like SantaCon but instead of dressing like Santa and consuming ungodly amounts of alcohol, participants must wear pajamas, smoke weed, and eat as much pizza as humanly possible.

When you make a pizza and put pizza sauce and cheddar cheese on it, and then when it comes out of the oven you can add whatever else you would put on a taco on the pizza and when you are done topping it fold it like a taco and that is a pizzaco.
