1.) A personality trait belonging to those who look stupid in any and all photographs ever taken of them.

Does not apply to people who look stupid outside of photographs.

2.) Can be used singularly, as in referencing one photo.

1.) "You'll have to excuse my obnoxious friend... just give him the camera and make him take the picture. He's completely photarded anyway."

2.) "Don't tag that, I look completely photarded in that picture."

Protarded

When someone thinks they’re so good at something they could make the competitive scene/ profit off their skills (mostly video games) when in reality they’re literal dog water.

Dude that girl we were playing Valorant with earlier was so protarded, I don’t know how she thinks she is good.
