A male person who behaves like a pinga or dic, asshole, pervert...

If a male person rubs his pinga on you in public he is a pingadora.

Or if he does anything sexual in public that others view as innappropriate, he is a pingadora.

If a male person dissappoints you sexually, he is a pingadora.

Pentadouche 

A pentagon has more sides than a triangle or circle. In this way, a pentadouche is a greater degree of douche than just a normal douche.

It can also be amusing to one-up the pentadouche remark by dropping a larger prefix, like octadouche, or dodecadouche.

Mr. Verwey insisted we were all pentadouches, but I would argue we are douches of a lesser degree.
