The act of killing/betraying a friend in a game. This especially applies to people with the name Marcus. This word is a necessity in the act of betrayal because yelling the word "Pickleberry" indicates the time for betrayal.

Jonah,Yashar,Milan,Ryan were in roblox and Pickleberried their friend Marcus. He cried in pain and agony as his ego was shattered into pieces.
