A fist punch that, as the name might suggests, kills everything. It hasn't actually killed anything though. Originates in Transformers, where it is Lugnut's signature move. He sucks at it.

Punch Line Killer 

Someone who says something stupid at the end of a good joke and ruins it for everyone. Replaces the punch line leaving the joke useless.

That was a going to be a good joke, but reagan the punch line killer ruined it.
