A Pejota is a Latin American/Spanish/Anglo female that is as comfortable in the Anglo world as the Latino world.

Usually she cooks and entertains like a professional chef who can pull off burgers, fried chicken, apple pie and steaks but with equal ease can make horchata and tortillas from scratch, a SuperSabroso Chimi, tamales and Milanese like your abuela.

She also can dance to any music, loves to sing and can toss back tequila, whisky, vodka, red wine or Sangria all with equal attention to quality. A rare find ranked highly and coveted by two continents.

Never trashy/naca. Never a princess: Always appropriately dressedand participating in all occasions: business, pleasure, weekend, workouts, travel, yard work, housework.

Pejoto = male.
Man, she is amazing - I need a partner with all that passion, sophistication and zest for life. I need a "Pejota". Cross cultural is the only way.
