Pi Pi Pi is a secret fraternity that operates on several college campuses across the united states. Rather than rushing and pledging like most fraternities, it seeks out each of its members personally. The requirements for selection and induction into the group vary by location but are usually based on being well rounded as being able to party very hard as well as succeed in academia and counter culture arts. Those who are selected normally find themselves in similar social groups. Their meetings are private and are more parties than meeting at all. If you look carefully you can occasionally see someone with a Pi Pi Pi shirt or a business card with the letters on it. They use these business cards to set meeting times and invite those into membership. They have a secret expression which i found out by seeing my roommates meeting invite card.
