Phebey

A Phebey is a term used to describe an ex-ITV battery-hen bloke. Typically displays remnants of "ITV bravdo" in behaviour and deportment...shame.

From time to time the stress of having to conceal its intense desire to let the ITV bravado break-out tends it to break out in a rash.

Will typically be a member of an a-political , democratically elected, transparent ,inclusive, representative council for staff members...

a Phebey can be best identifed/explained by a typical retort to a co-habitator, a Crouchman:

"Oy, i'll cut you! leave me alone, i am not applying fungal cream to my billboard , oops I mean forehead, I am really maximising revenue!"

Another spelling for Phoebe, but without the O. Phebes are amazing- They usually are smart, pretty, funny, interesting, and thoughtful. Phebes usually play a sport or an instrument, maybe both.
