Pheart is an ironic slang term from VRChat that blends the words phantom and heart. It riffs on the “phantom pain” meme popularized by YouTuber Proximity Chat, but flips it into something deeply satirical — basically like a "virtual heart" as if the avatar in the game is depicting your "phantom-self."

An unknown entity that excretes odorous gasses on unsuspecting victims. Persons that claim to have had encounters with phartoms claim to notice a temperature change, their neck hairs rise or a breeze blowing.

Neil Peart freakin rocks, I'm glad that first drummer left Rush so that, along with Mr. Peart, they could become one of the greatest bands that ever existed.
