Perfocrastinist

A person who obsessively pursues perfection but delays finishing tasks due to overthinking or a lack of discipline. Perfocrastinists often spend excessive time tweaking, redoing, or polishing, which leads to missed deadlines or abandoned projects; not because they don’t care, but because they care too much.
