sarcasm perceptivity deficiency

Sarcasm perceptivity deficiency is a socially crippling disorder which renders the sufferer oblivious to sarcasm and leads him to treat sarcastic remarks as if they were sincere.

An interaction with one who suffers from sarcasm perceptivity deficiency might go something like this:

Omar: Hey, let's have an in-depth discussion on existentialism and the significance of man!
Katherine: Gee that sounds reallly fun
Omar: Excellent, so Søren Kierkegaard...

This word is used to describe any woman whose life has been primarily determined by her strikingly good looks, and her overall intelligence and ability to add to any conversation about any subject. This word would never apply to a woman with any less than the above qualities.

Persective - “Purr-(Sekk)-tyvve” / Not unlike Perspective, except there are people around you ,currently while you talk and explain your point , that are trifling so you have to be selective on what you chose to share.
