peenuckle 

Similar to that of Camel Toe on a female, this frequently happens to men who wear their pants hiked up too high around their waist, thus causing their package to bulge to one side of the pant leg. An occasional double-peenuckle happens when the seam splits the beans and sausage evenly to either side. Regardless of the showing, the victim immediately sustains feelings of nausea, dizziness and vomiting may inevitebly follow if a peenuckle is seen on grandpa, dad or any other close male relative.

The word "peenic" was derived from the English word panic when one of the STR fan used it in one of his vlog.

Then he was made a comedian by a YouTube channel named VM and that's how the word peenic gained popularity.
