Using children to spread information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.

I was listening to the pedaganda from the small children giving prepared speeches in support of their political agenda as they were paraded out in front of the cameras.

Usually seen in the same commercial breaks as ads for beverages containing alcohol, a hard drug which often leads to addiction, broken families, fatalities, liver disease and fetal alcohol syndrome.
