The feeling of intense, overpowering cringe one experiences when being reminded of a ca. 2010's emo phase. PTXD can be triggered by reviewing old Facebook or Twitter posts, seeing photographs of yourself in the emo/ scene look or relistening songs from the emo phase.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons.
