A plannal is a planner and journal combined. It consist of a section to plan and a section for journaling.

I bought a plannal instead of a planner so I can plan and journal in one book.

a form of anal sex in which the penis does not enter the anus rather it rests between the buttocks which may be pushed together to tighten around the penis, it is very similar to the act of tittyfuckingand could be considered a form of mutual masturbation.
it is mainly performed between homosexual males as homosexual females lack the penis needed for the act.
