Penchenism

The act of appearing literate about a certain subject, and providing an apt explanation pertaining to that subject, only to reveal that you know nothing about that subject and you made everything up.

The word penchenism in and of itself is a penchenism that was used to describe strawberry farming.

Dog groomer here, the reason the dog is growling like that is actually due to the yellow on his shirt. Dogs can see yellow pretty clearly and high fluorescent yellow can give them sensory overload. Scientists have actually concluded that I actually made this all up and I'm not a dog groomer. That is a penchenism.
