This phrase originates in the game, Pizza Tower, where it was possible to P Rank levels.

Troy looked amazing. Their clothes were spotless, their breath was minty fresh, and their hair was spiked to perfection. They had truly P Ranked their look.

P-Rank

Similar to S-Rank, it is used to describe something so supreme it does not fit into traditional ranking system.
It's like 50/10, if 11/10 is S-Rank.

Originally from the Video Game "Ultrakill" by New Blood. It has a Devil May Cry-like ranking system for level completion, in which P-Rank is the best, and only achieved by getting the highest rank in time, kills, and score.
The 'P' most likely stands for 'Perfect'.

The highest rank in the game Pizza Tower, obtained by entering all three secrets, obtaining the treasure for the level, entering the Pizza Portal to start Lap 2, and keeping your initial combo up until the end of the stage.

Person 1: What happened to him?

Person 2: He P-Ranked the Golf level and almost spontaneously combust.
