Prank Dumpster 

Prank Dumpster is a term used to give emphasis on a person, place or thing that is prone to and often victim to pranking. This term is best used when said person, place or thing has been numerously pranked and is going to get more of them. Prank Dumpsters can vary, from Malls filled with edgy tweens knocking down product stands, to restaurants getting odd food orders; all the way to News channels getting pranked live. The magnitude is large.
Dude 1: Hey, did you see that live prank call that the news channel C-SPAN got?

Dude 2: YES! Haha that was so fucking hilarious. The look on the news reporter's face!
