Oppressed_II is the Game Manager for SCP Area-02. Oppressed is known to be "Satan" and even has his own church called "The Church of Oppression". He is the best definition of Oppression. He is pretty laid back and a chill dude. He's the big man for "SET", being the best Staff Educator and Trainer. He also throws the best parties.

Synonym with a country having rich oil fields. If a country is rich in oil, then it is by default also oppressed and in need of liberation.
