Outjut

Something that juts out of a certain area; an object that protrudes from a surface in an otherwise unnatural way

Son: Ya know, its in the room where the outjut is.
Father: What's an outjut?
Son: The outjut where the wall intersects the other wall and protrudes a foot from the other wall.
