This is any kind of shit that you take while you are punched in (clocked in) at work. Lunch hour and coffee break shits do not qualify.

"On the clock" refers to when one is getting paid by the hour and any setbacks are viewed in a positive light, because the longer the job takes the more you get paid.

The act of rushing to your job to take a crap or staying late to take a crap on company time. This is especially satisfying when you leave your house in the morning, already needing to take a crap and holding it in to go at work...on the clock.

I really had to take a dump this morning, even before getting in the shower, but I held it so I would be crappin on the clock.
