A phrase commonly used in French breakfast restaurants, such as Le Pain. When ordering a tartine, such as the Prosciutto with Mozzarella and Avocado, one must try it with a side of sweet fruit, preferably figs.

ex. Mandy likes the taste of figs on certain foods. Thus, when she ordered her Prosciutto tartine, she promptly grinned and stated, "I need to put some figs on that shit."

ex. "I need to put figs on that shit." said Trevor to the waitress.

ex. "...put figs on that shit." should be said with meaning and quick repetition in order to have full effect.

An expression of triumph after conquering a foe in online multiplayer first person shooter games, particularly after administering a multi-kill attack, achieving an after-death grenade kill, or another form of pwnage.

Its dual use is to make fellow players descend rapidly into poflawa regarding the appropriateness of the phrase, distracting them in argument until another victory is achieved. The phrase is then repeated, and the process begins anew.

It is found primarily in the popular Valve games Day of Defeat and Counter Strike.

Player1: Dammit they killed us again
