Omnichannel marketing is the new hip wanky term that LinkedIn and marketing departments are throwing in every meeting, slide deck and professional post.

Is it different to multi channel marketing? Not really, but you won’t hear it from the airy fairies preaching you on it.

We should be targeting our healthcare professionals through Omnichannel tactics.
