Someone who holds old things in higher esteem than old things, essentially a hipster.

obsoletist 

A person who prefers to use technology, tools and/or methods that are largely considered to be outdated and/or unconventional by modern day standards. (e.g, flip phone, abandonware, old video games, etc.)

portmanteau of (obsolete + elitist).

"Hey, guess what? I traded in my iPhone and got a flip phone!"

"Why on earth would you do that?"

"Sometimes less is more, you know?"

"Ugh, you're such an obsoletist."
