Nornis is the self-given title for the quieter friend of the friend group. He doesn't always talk but when he does, he makes his point or even makes a surprisingly good joke. Nornis is a bit of a goofy guy and most older women think he is a cute little guy, but younger girls are always falling into the Nornis trap.
