It's just a word to make people somehow laugh kind of like trying to be funny but you don't have any jokes with you. This ends up not making you sound funny but like one of those unfunny kids at a party

Guy 1: Hey wanna hear something funny?
Guy 2: Sure
Guy 1: Noodleflop
Guy 2: The fuck is wrong with you
