Noodleopoly 

One who hogs the pool noodles.

Leah jumped in the pool and put a noodle under each arm and leg. She put one more underneath her buttocks and set sail for the deep end of the pool. Matt and Megan had no pool noodles due to Leah's noodleopoly.

The art of random and unnecessary art on material not suited specifically for the art. Usually studied by artists with no particular talent for art.

Teacher: Timmy, why aren't you doing the homework?
