niblar
A guy that isn’t control of his emotions and often is annoying to others with his over the top feelings.... Can also be used behind “pp” as in a “pp niblar” which is a guy that isn’t in control of his emotions due to the fact that he is constantly thinking about women and his pp is doing all the thinking.
Friend 1: Hey why does ____ always catch feelings so quickly?
Friend 2: I don’t know man, he is being a real pp niblar

Noun (From nipple + whiplash) The tugging of the breast when a nursing baby turns to look at something behind him/her while securely latched on.
